Allwyn is one of the world’s fastest-growing entertainment companies. We run some of the best-known lotteries in Europe and beyond, including the UK National Lottery since 2024, with market-leading positions in Austria, the Czech Republic, the UK, Greece, Cyprus and Italy. We’re expanding further. We own a majority stake in PrizePicks, the largest daily fantasy sports operator in the USA, and a stake in Betano, one of Europe’s leading online sportsbooks.
We’re turning a group of strong local businesses into one global entertainment company, and that work is happening now. As we continue our journey towards a more digital, connected and future-ready organisation, we’re creating new opportunities across our Group Digital teams. It’s an exciting time to bring your experience into a new area, work with colleagues across our markets and help shape what we’re building together.
As our (Senior) Technical Project Manager, you’ll work across Product and Technology to help manage complex initiatives across multiple verticals – Lottery, Sports and iGaming. - Lead cross-functional, cross-market projects, bringing together Product, Technology, Data, Operations, Compliance and other key teams.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, resources and decisions, making sure issues are identified and addressed early.
- Coordinate delivery from discovery and planning through implementation, migration, launch and operational handover.
- Work with market teams to make sure local regulatory, operational and customer needs are reflected in delivery plans.
- Keep stakeholders informed through clear communication, reporting and coordination.
- Support teams in removing blockers, making timely decisions and keeping complex projects moving forward.
What you’ll bring:
- (Significant) experience with leading complex, technology-enabled projects involving multiple teams, workstreams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex projects from scratch, from discovery and initial planning through implementation, launch and stabilisation.
- Experience in a highly regulated, customer-facing environment, such as lottery, gaming, financial services, payments or telecoms.
- Experience managing projects across different markets, business areas or product verticals.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, dependencies, risks, governance and delivery.
- The ability to understand how product, technology, data and operational requirements come together to deliver a successful outcome.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.
Location:
- The role can be based in one of our Allwyn locations, with the final location depending on the successful candidate. The role will involve occasional travel across our markets.
