What will you focus on?
- Take ownership of developing your assigned customer segment. Define its strategy and priorities, lead key initiatives and identify opportunities for further growth.
- Analyse our customers’ needs and behaviour. Work with customer data, feedback and segment performance, using these insights to identify opportunities, formulate recommendations and propose commercial activities.
- Connect customer needs with business opportunities. You will translate customer insights into product, marketing and commercial initiatives that deliver real impact.
- Drive and implement change across the organisation. You will develop your own proposals, communicate them clearly, gain support from key stakeholders and see them through from idea to implementation.
- Influence key decisions that shape the direction of the segment. You will base your recommendations on data and customer insights and actively contribute to decisions that determine the segment’s future direction.
Who are we looking for?
- You have strong commercial thinking, analytical skills and a genuine customer focus. You can look at situations from both the customer and business perspective and identify solutions that make sense for both.
- You have experience in sales or marketing and a track record of independently leading projects, change initiatives or other activities where you were accountable for the outcome.
- Numbers are a tool for decision-making for you. You can quickly make sense of data, identify the key insights and communicate them clearly.
- You can use the available information to formulate a clear recommendation, explain its value and convince others to support it.
- You are comfortable working independently, setting priorities, taking ownership and delivering results. When you see an opportunity for improvement, you look for a way to make it happen.
