Allwyn is looking for a Senior Finance Transformation Specialist to join our Group Finance team in Prague.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone coming from Big 4, finance transformation consulting, or process improvement projects who enjoys working with people across different teams, improving processes, and helping turn ideas into practical solutions. You will work closely with colleagues across Finance, Technology, and the wider business to support projects that simplify ways of working, introduce new technologies, and help Finance operate more efficiently and effectively.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and support finance transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and automation.
- Analyse end-to-end finance processes, identify inefficiencies, and help implement practical, scalable solutions.
- Drive process standardisation and automation across multiple markets.
- Partner with Finance Systems, IT and external providers to deliver enhancements across SAP S/4HANA, OneStream, Concur, Coupa and other finance applications.
- Support Fast Close initiatives focused on reducing manual effort, improving transparency and accelerating reporting timelines.
- Act as the bridge between Finance, Technology and Business teams, ensuring business requirements are clearly understood and translated into effective solutions.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Prague, London, Lucerne, and other Group locations.
- Support change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, and stakeholder updates across multiple initiatives.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, steering committee materials and management updates.
What do you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in finance transformation, consulting, process improvement, finance projects, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes
- Experience working on cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience with ERP or finance systems (SAP, Concur, and/or Coupa is an advantage)
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken), Czech language is an advantage
- Proactive, hands-on and able to work independently in a dynamic international environment
Nice to have:
- Experience in a Big4 or consulting environment
- Experience supporting finance system implementations, ERP transformations, or automation initiatives
- Knowledge of accounting, controlling, or financial reporting processes
- Exposure to AI, workflow tools, or broader digital transformation initiatives
