This role supports the finance governance checkpoint for B2B commercial deals by preparing analyses, documentation, system checks, and reporting inputs required for senior review.
The role provides analytical, coordination, and process support to the Senior Finance Business Partner responsible for the governance checkpoint and contributes to ensuring that commercial deals meet internal financial and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare initial review materials for selected B2B commercial deals.
- Collect, consolidate, and structure inputs from B2B, Commercial Controlling, Legal, Procurement, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Perform consistency checks across business cases, approval documentation, customer contracts, internal systems, invoicing assumptions, and purchasing flows.
- Identify missing information, inconsistencies, risks, or unclear deal parameters and escalate findings for senior review.
- Maintain review checklists, supporting evidence, and deal documentation.
- Support margin analyses, low-margin deal identification, and cash flow timing assessments.
- Track recurring risk indicators and prepare reporting inputs.
- Monitor open mitigation actions, missing documentation, pending approvals, and unresolved issues.
- Support selected Commercial Controlling activities, including B2B performance analysis, margin monitoring, and business case validation.

- University degree.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis).
- Upper-intermediate to advanced English language skills, both written and spoken, with the ability and willingness to use English on a daily basis.
- Ability to interpret financial and non-financial indicators and formulate meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
