HR SAP Consultant

What would you do here?

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors (SF) (and other key HR global systems based on agreement with Global CPO), ensuring it aligns with our global HR strategy and business objectives. You will play a critical role in maintaining system integrity, driving process improvements, and delivering data-driven insights to support HR and organizational goals. You will be responsible for system administration, data migration, reporting, and user support, working closely with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module to align with business needs.
  • Support and maintain integrations in SF.
  • Collaborate on data migration and execute purge activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, test new functionalities, system updates, lead enhancements projects, and support process automation.
  • Provide training and support to admin-users on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.
  • Stay up-to-date with SAP SuccessFactor's new releases and the industry’s best practices in HR technology.
  • Maintain and update system landscape documentation, including workbooks and mapping files.
  • Configure custom objects and reports according to business needs.
  • Ensure alignment and standardization in the system.
  • Utilize SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools and SQL to develop reports and dashboards that support HR decision-making.
  • Answer ad-hoc queries and process questions.
  • Actively participate in all SSF projects and discussions.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, Administrator, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors  Employee Central module, Integration Center, and Reporting Center.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration and data transformation.
  • Familiarity with XML and JSON for data manipulation.
  • Ability to independently manage and prioritize tasks based on business impact and urgency
  • Strong focus on delivery, with the ability to meet deadlines and follow through on commitments
  • Self-driven mindset with a high level of accountability for assigned deliverables
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in translating HR processes into system workflows and automation.
  • Advanced knowledge of English (minimum B2) for global communication.

Nice to Have:

  • SAP SuccessFactors Consultant or Expert certifications.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements. Having previous experience in HR would be considered an advantage.
  • Experience working on SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of API integrations (OData, REST, SOAP) and middleware solutions.
