What will you do?
- You will be responsible for driving the marketing mix and growing our household segment (B2C). Your mission will be to create the most attractive value propositions for our customers and support the long-term growth of the segment
- Create, manage, and commercialize all key propositions
- Define and develop customer journeys for key launches
- Shape the vision of products and services based on customer feedback, their needs, and the market landscape
- Coordinate regularly with marketing communication and sales channels to drive segment performance
- Work both in the office and in the field, with occasional trips outside Prague. At the beginning of the collaboration, you will receive onboarding materials to help you settle into the role smoothly, as well as a buddy who will support you along the way
