We are seeking a highly driven and well-connected Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our growth in Saudi Arabia (KSA). This role is ideal for a strategic relationship-builder who understands the regional business landscape and can drive partnerships, client acquisition, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development across priority sectors in KSA
  • Lead partner acquisition and active partner management across the region
  • Proactively identify and acquire new prospects – open doors, build relationships, and nurture opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and strengthen brand awareness in the Saudi market
  • Actively participate in and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
  • Collaborate with consulting and technical teams to craft compelling, value-driven solutions
  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned with company objectives

Requirements

  • Based in Saudi Arabia or the UAE, with strong and proven business activity in KSA
  • Strong professional network within Saudi Arabia
  • Fluent Arabic speaker (English proficiency required)
  • Broader MENA regional exposure strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Commercially driven with a strong hunter mindset

Professional Background

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or pre-sales roles
  • Experience in consulting, data, AI, cloud, or technology-driven services, with a focus on commercial growth
