The International Wholesale Operations and Transformation section is looking for an enthusiastic student to join their team as a Service Delivery and SharePoint Support. This position offers the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely from home.
What you will do
- Prepare performance reports for customer reviews
- Create dashboards at Excel and Power BI
- Data analysis and reporting
- Configure and manage the SharePoint platform.
- Develop document libraries and shared storage space.
- Implement backup procedures to ensure data security.
- Provide end-user support and create a positive user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet business requirements.
What we expect
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with creating reporting at Excel and Power BI
- Experience working with SharePoint.
- Preferably studying in the field of Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar
