We’re looking for a B2B Segment Leader with a strong marketing and go-to-market mindset to drive growth in our Enterprise segment.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, marketing, sales, and product. You’ll own how our solutions are positioned, packaged, and brought to market — and how they perform commercially.
We’re open to strong mid-to-senior profiles who are ready to step into a strategic leadership role and grow further with us.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the commercial performance of the Enterprise segment (revenue, margin, profitability, retention and growth).
- Shape the segment’s go-to-market and marketing strategy and turn it into clear, executable quarterly plans.
- Lead proposition development: packaging, positioning, messaging and differentiation across Mobile, Fixed, Datacomm and Sysol, including ICT-led bundles.
- Define pricing direction and ensure healthy margins through smart governance and business cases.
- Partner closely with sales and marketing on campaigns, sales plays, enablement materials and value stories.
- Act as the main commercial voice towards product and technical teams, translating customer needs into clear market requirements.
- Drive forecasting, KPI tracking and performance storytelling for senior stakeholders.
- Continuously improve customer experience and brand perception in the Enterprise segment.
Who we’re looking for:
- 6+ years of experience in B2B telco, ICT, commercial, marketing or go-to-market roles.
- Strong understanding of how to turn complex solutions into compelling customer value propositions.
- Commercial mindset with hands-on experience influencing revenue, margins and growth.
- Data-driven approach and ability to turn insights into action (Excel, Power BI or similar).
- Natural communicator who can influence across sales, product, finance, operations and marketing.
- Comfortable presenting to senior management and leading discussions.
- Fluent English; Czech is a plus.
