We are the Talent Acquisition team supporting the company’s growth across regions. We’re looking for a colleague who wants to kick-start their career in recruitment and gradually take part in managing complex hiring projects.
🎯 Who Are We Looking For?
· At least some internship or school-based experience in recruitment, ideally from logistics, FMCG, or similar industries.
· Basic knowledge of Behavioral/STAR interviewing methodology is an advantage. If you don’t know it yet, we’ll teach you!
· Strong communication skills and willingness to learn stakeholder management in recruitment.
· Excellent command of Czech and English; other languages (HU, PL, RO) are a plus.
🛠️ What Will You Be Responsible For?
· Supporting recruitment activities across various roles and leading end-to-end hiring processes.
· Actively sourcing candidates (LinkedIn, job boards).
· Organizing interviews and communicating with candidates.
· Cooperating closely with hiring managers.
· Working with the ATS and reporting.
