In this role, you will be a key legal advisor supporting our business across the Czech Republic and other regional branches. You will draft and negotiate contracts, provide practical legal advice to management and teams, and proactively manage legal risks connected to our operations and projects. We are looking for someone with solid hands-on experience in commercial law who can work independently as well as collaborate with external counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and support company growth.
What will be your role?
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including suppliers, partners, distributors, IT vendors, and service providers;
- Provide day-to-day legal advice to management and business units across the Czech Republic and regional branches;
- Proactively identify relevant legal changes, assess their impact, and implement solutions independently or in cooperation with other departments;
- Support corporate governance activities, including preparation of shareholder and board resolutions, commercial register filings, and maintenance of statutory records;
- Coordinate with approved external legal counsel on litigation, disputes, and specialized matters in line with group guidelines.

- Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts;
- Solid knowledge of corporate governance and legal compliance requirements;
- Experience providing practical legal advice to business units;
- Proactive approach to monitoring and implementing legal changes;
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain legal issues clearly to non-legal colleagues;
- Experience maintaining and updating legal e-learning training content and ensuring its timely delivery across the organization;
- Experience cooperating with external legal counsel and managing regional legal matters.
