In this role, you will be a key part of our compliance function, helping to ensure that our operations across the group consistently meet legal and regulatory standards. We are looking for someone who is not only detail-oriented and curious about the regulatory landscape, but also ready to take an active role in supporting our compliance processes, analyzing risks, and working closely with teams across the company.
What will be your role?
- Ensure continuous compliance with applicable laws and regulations across all group entities, including EU directives, insurance distribution laws, and data protection requirements;
- Drive and coordinate the compliance agenda across the organization, ensuring full alignment with EU and local regulations (Czechia, Poland, and other CEE markets);
- Monitor regulatory developments and help keep our compliance framework up to date;
- Support the implementation of regulatory changes across the group and assist in developing internal compliance policies and procedures;
- Support regulatory audits, inspections, and reporting - especially in the area of complaints handling.

- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (EU and local);
- A proactive and structured approach to problem-solving;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities;
- Experience in supporting business units with compliance-related topics and queries;
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and legal advisors on complex matters.
