In this role, you will act as an innovation leader shaping the future of our products in the insurance field. You will ensure our offerings are competitive, forward-looking, and deliver measurable impact. We are looking for someone who not only understands the entire product lifecycle but also brings vision, commercial mindset, and the drive to transform ideas into successful products that support our growth strategy.
What will be your role?
- Lead product innovation – identify market opportunities, design concepts, and develop new solutions that strengthen our position.
- Take end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, tracking KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strategic product roadmaps aligned with business priorities, customer needs, and digitalization trends.
- Champion customer and partner experience – simplify processes, drive digital transformation, and enhance journeys.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Sales, Underwriting, Pricing, Marketing Communications, Claims) to deliver impactful go-to-market initiatives.
- Act as the owner of product knowledge, delivering training and empowering colleagues through a train-the-trainer approach.
- Collect partner insights and market intelligence to ensure our products remain innovative, relevant, and compliant.

You might be a perfect fit, if you have:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the financial services field, preferably in insurance, with a track record of driving innovation and delivering business impact.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, evaluate data and trends, and turn them into actionable product initiatives.
- Solid understanding of product lifecycle management, customer journeys, and market positioning.
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects and collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Czech and English at C1 level (spoken and written).
