Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers to assess their needs, design suitable integration architectures, and ensure smooth incorporation into their network topology.
  • Lead technical strategy in customer engagements by working closely with Account Executives, Product, and Engineering to tailor solutions.
  • Deliver customer-facing technical presentations, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and run proofs-of-concept.
  • Configure solutions for networks of all sizes, identify potential issues, and oversee successful implementation.
  • Provide post-launch support, maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
  • Cooperate with Account Executives, Customer Excellence, Product, Engineering teams, and customers’ technical specialists to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Occasionally travel to client sites.
  • Continuously learn, grow, and contribute to advancing our technical expertise.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Linux system administration.
  • Solid technical understanding of internet protocols (hands-on experience with DNS protocol is a strong advantage).
  • Proven experience in presales/technical consulting – ability to lead presentations, demos, RFIs/RFPs, and proofs-of-concept.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
  • Project management capabilities (planning, coordination, and execution).
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Network Security solutions
  • Docker.
  • Scripting (Python. Bash).
  • REST APIs.
  • Network administration (routing, switching, firewalls).
  • DNS Resolver technology (Knot, Unbound, PowerDNS, etc.)‍.
