About the Managers

Anna Ramesova – Head of Financial Reporting & IFRS is overall responsible for financial reporting of the Group. She has been working at Allwyn for over 6 years. Before joining us, she was holding various group roles within Generali / PPF.

Tereza Rohnova – IFRS & Consolidation Team Leader is responsible for consolidation and will be your direct line manager. She has been working at Allwyn for over 3 years. Before joining us, she was holding various roles within KPMG Czech Republic. 

The role encompasses the following key activities and responsibilities:

  • Collection, control and processing of data for consolidation from group companies
  • Provide methodology support and consultancy to group companies in application of group reporting guidelines
  • Preparation and processing of quarter and year-end IFRS consolidation for the relevant sub-group
  • Independent processing of more complex accounting areas (business combinations, impairments, FV measurements)
  • Actively participating in IFRS team brainstorming over different accounting areas
  • Shared responsibility for updates of the consolidation system
  • Shared responsibility for preparation and drafting of financial statements and other external reports
  • Incorporating management comments to external reports
  • Cooperation with external auditors
  • Processing reports, analysis as required by the group
  • Cooperation in time-management development and teamwork plan

What do you need to succeed?

  • University education
  • English (minimum B2, communicative level)
  • Good working knowledge of MS office tools (Excel & Word is a must!)
  • Experience with IFRS standards
  • Good understanding of concept of consolidation
  • Analytical minded and team player, willingness to learn new skills
  • Advantage: experience in accounting, financial analysis or reporting
  • Advantage: experience with SAP BPC/OneStream/Tagetik
  • Advantage: expert knowledge of Excel (building of macros, automation, databases etc.)
