What will be your agenda?
- You will be a key part of our team, working on a full-time basis to ensure the smooth operation of our client support services.
- Providing professional support to our clients (problem-solving, answering questions including phone calls). No cold calls though.
- Working with internal applications.
- In case of interest, you can participate in writing Forex-related articles.
- Occasional translations from English.
What do we expect from you?
- Highly motivated and results-driven person.
- Perfect knowledge of English and Polish.
- Knowledge of Forex trading.
- Good organizational skills, good time management.
