Key responsibilities:
- Strategy Development and Execution: Define B2B Core segment strategies aligned with corporate goals, set priorities, and develop actionable plans. Communicate strategies to stakeholders, act as their ambassador, and ensure consistent implementation.
- Marketing Mix Leadership: Oversee pricing, tariffs, and propositions, including GTM strategy. Coordinate cross-departmental execution and optimize based on performance insights.
- Revenue and Transaction Planning: Participate in revenue and transaction forecasting.
- Revenue and Margin Optimization: Conduct monthly performance reviews with management. Identify and implement corrective actions to maximize revenue and net margins.
- Market Share and Transaction Management: Monthly evaluation of performance. Collaborate with sales and channels to implement improvements effectively.
- Customer Satisfaction Growth: Gather feedback, assess satisfaction metrics (NPS, TRIM), and drive actionable improvements.
- Channel/Sales Support: Align with channel priorities, refine sales strategies, and provide tools (eg: sales scripts) for better frontline performance.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of proven experience in telco/banking industry,
- Understanding of B2B segment (SME, KALA),
- Understanding product propositions and pricing variantions per segment,
- Experience with revenue forecast (monthly, annually),
- Experience with sales channels (digital & account managers),
- Strong communication skills: full professional proficiency in Czech language and proficiency in English language (B2 level),
- Drive and team-spirit,
- Analytical thinking with good knowledge of MS Excel
- Advantage is knowledge of SQL, Power BI etc.
