As part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring high standards across our claims handling, insurance administration, and insurance distribution processes. What will be your role?
- Conduct random sampling to ensure quality standards in claims handling, insurance administration, and distribution, identifying and addressing any deficiencies.
- Provide feedback and recommend corrective actions or training to enhance team performance.
- Set and monitor quality standards in communications, ensuring compliance with legislative and internal policies.
- Prepare monthly reports on quality assessments and track progress on corrective actions.
