We are looking for a true office miracle worker, who would join our innovative IT team and support our IT Director and who would be the key to his success. 

What you will do 

  • Taking care of calendars and scheduling appointments on a daily basis,
  • Preparing and maintaining meeting minutes
  • Organizing (international) events – including booking premises, ordering refreshments, etc.
  • End-to-end organizing of business trips, also processing them (expense settlement) in our internal system
  • Support with external/internal visits (also from abroad)
  • Ordering products/services in internal procurement system
  • Communicating with Deutsche Telekom headquarters
  • Sorting out the emails
  • Ad hoc translations to help for local language communication and other appointments
  • Complete administrative & organizational support (e.g. taking care of refreshment for visitors and arranging Lunch/tea/coffee on daily basis)

Required knowledge and skills

  • Proven experience on a similar role (assistant to director or CXO) at big international company
  • English language on advanced level, mentioned director is english-speaking
  • Czech/Slovak language native
  • Confidentiality and loyalty is essential for this role
  • Proactive and positive working approach
  • Flexibility and good at organizing and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel (CZ/SK)
  • Detail oriented and structured
  • Ability to prioritize
