Who are we looking for?
- Significant industrial work experience from R&D or business position in diagnostics, life-science or drug-discovery segments
OR
Strong academic record (PI-level) in research area of our interest. - PhD degree or equivalent in relevant field.
- Proven track record of team leadership.
- Extensive knowledge of relevant market.
- Ability to work in dynamic start-up environment and assume senior responsibilities and team management roles, while also preparing some key materials hands-on.
- Solid project management skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent English (Czech is an advantage but not required).
- Self-motivated professional with positive attitude and team spirit.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Depending on your background and experience, you would either lead (Department Lead or Head of Division) one of our teams or oversight key business developmental activities.

We are both research oriented and successful in business. Our products are based on internal cutting-edge multidisciplinary research. We also actively seek for new market opportunities, and in past years we have thus become the largest developer and manufacturer of COVID-19 PCR diagnostics in the Czech Republic.
