Úvod a popis pracovní náplně

  •  Manage and supervise the Global Shared Services Record-to- Report team.
  • Responsible for delivering financial reporting with proper internal controls and ensuring accuracy of accounts booking meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Support Accounting Manager towards achieving all Service Quality KPI and strategic objectives of GSS Accounting Services.
  • From the first weeks cooperate with Continuous Improvement Manager to change current processes before transfer to GSS.
  • Monitor and analyze department work to develop standardized procedures and efficient use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Potentially new entities/ wider tasks transitions into GSS scope. New system migration in approx 2 years.
  • Manages and drives month end and year-end closing process and ensure timely production of audited accounts.
  • KPIs responsibility and reporting (team members, country contracts).
  • Key contact for auditors and country controllers.
  • Main escalation point for internal or external complaints for Accounting Services complaints
  • Strong control over timely month end close process (Calendars, Checklists).
  • Planned 70/30 split between team/process management and actual transaction processing.


  •  Minimum 10 years work experience in RTR field.
  • Proven people management skills.
  • Prior experience in a global organization with multi-currency and multi-country financial reporting.
  • Experienced in project management.
  • SUN and Oracle Accounting knowledge is an advantage.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong excel skills.
  • Multitasker, Multisystem user.
  • Able to act as back up for senior team member when needed.
  • Strict adherence to deadlines (WD+5 GL hard close).
