Úvod a popis pracovní náplně

  • As Client Service Officer within an international cross location team, you will be supporting international customers in English and German with queries or issues related to financial business or assisting customers in implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting connectivity (technical) products.
  • Tasks / Responsibilities
  • Point of contact for all questions in relation to securities settlement and cash management and contact person for support on all CBF day-to-day activities or in relation to technical /connectivity questions, issues, or set-up


  • Your Profile:
  • Fluent English and German
  • kind, proactive, motivated person
  • 2 years experince in customer service
  • min. Bachelor degree in administration/ economics/ IT or equuivalent training with professional experience
  • result orientation, analytical skills,
  • organizational and communication skills
