Úvod a popis pracovní náplně

  • Within this role you will be using English and Czech language on daily basis and working closely with other members of team
  • Provide functional and technical knowledge about internal systems from developers to end users
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base (users manuals, workflows, FAQ)
  • Cooperation with development team to eliminate critical issues
  • Proactive communication with end users to analyse informations and functional requirements
  • Monitor ticketing system


  • Have at least 1 year of work experience in helpdesk support position
  • Experienced in working with ERP systems is advantage
  • Fluent in English (B2) and Czech
  • Team Member
  • Excellent communication skills


  • 5 weeks holiday
