HRIS Functional Analyst

  • For our dedicated client we are seeking for a HRIS Functional Analyst
  • Responsibilities
  • · Administration and support of SuccessFactors functionalities like Employee Central, Leave and Absence, Performance and Goal Management modules and others.
  • · Ensure data integrity of data maintained and provisioned by HRIS to related systems
  • · Maintain permission management
  • · Guide HR Business Partners and HR Business Key users to understand the system, its functionalities and how to manage users and their business relevant HR data
  • · Offer sustainable solutions with an efficiently configured HRIS to support HR processes
  • · Provide key user community and HR Support Team with documentation, training and meetings
  • · Service technical releases and system upgrades incl. testing
  • · Troubleshoot and resolution of system- and data related issues
  • · Coordination of internal- and external partners/providers to ensure proper support delivery
  • · Ensure system governance is adhered to and documentation is updated
  • · Partners with IT and other Service Areas relying on HR data in course of data (file) transfers
  • · Maintain internal customer satisfaction at high level by providing proper analyses and solutions as well as excellent service and support
  • Key requirements
  • · Min. 2+ years HR process and –technology related experience
  • · Experience administering SuccessFactors / SAP preferred
  • · Experience from 1st and 2nd line service with frequent customer contact
  • · Experience in training and coaching people
  • · Proven skills in Microsoft Office, esp. Excel, PPT, OneNote, SharePoint
  • · System implementation and/or project management experience in this field is a plus
  • · IT-, economical and/or technical education (Bachelor Degree or similar)
  • · High level of written and spoken English is a must
