Úvod a popis pracovní náplně

  • As an IT Support you will:
  • ✔ handle incoming calls
  • ✔ handle incidents and service requests ranging from end user login problems
  • ✔ communicate support related solutions and provide best service
  • ✔ work in the team where you will share your professional knowledge and experience with co-workers naturally
  • ✔ have a strong wish to improve and develop your personal and professional skills
  • ✔ provide the support from 8:00am to 18:00pm, no weekends or nights (shifts are planned one month in advance so you can choose if you prefer morning or afternoon)


  • As an ideal candidate you should have:
  • ✔ written and spoken German/French (at least B2)
  • ✔ written and spoken English (at least B2)
  • ✔ at least 2 years of experience in IT Support
  • ✔ interest in IT field
  • ✔ good time management and prioritization skills
  • ✔ excellent customer service skills and ability to deal with customers
