  • Your responsibilities
  • You will be a part of a motivated multicultural team supporting German speaking clients
  • You will be the first point of contact regarding technical requests via phone, mail and other apps
  • You will be working with technologies such as voice technologies, Alcatel, Nokia, Bluecoat, Citrix and others
  • You will document all service requests and create a knowledge database
  • You will monitor progress against customer SLAs to ensure customer service levels are achieved
  • You will escalate issues to other departments if necessary


  • Our requirements
  • Fluent English and German
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a similar position
  • Experience with a ticketing system
  • Basic knowledge of PC's HW and SW (an initial training is provided)
